Board of Directors

Robert E. Garrison II, Director

Mr. Garrison is President and director of Sanders Morris Harris Group. He is also a director of Sanders Morris Harris and Salient Partners & Salient Trust Co. He serves on the boards of BioCyte Therapeutics, TeraForce Technology Corporation, First Capital Bankers Inc. and Somerset House Publishing and also serves on the Board of Directors Finance Committee of Memorial Hermann Hospital Systems. Mr. Garrison, a Chartered Financial Analyst, has more than 34 years experience in the securities industry.

Steven A. Webster, Director

Mr. Webster is a founder and co-Managing Partner of Avista Capital Partners, which makes control investments in energy, healthcare, and other industries. Mr Webster had been involved as a principal in the energy business for over 30 years having founded several companies in the E&P and oil service sectors. He is currently Chairman of Carrizo Oil & Gas and Basic Energy Services. He also serves as a director of Geokinetics, Hercules Offshore, Seacor Holdings, Camden Property Trust, Encore Bank and various private companies.

Charles L. Davis, Director

Mr. Davis is a Managing Director at Sanders Morris Harris Group. He has 13 years of investment experience in early-stage technology companies. He serves as a director or board observer for several companies including Syntex Management Systems, World Telemetry, Lombardi Software, RigNet, Wayport and NovusEdge.

David G. Connaughton, Director

Mr. Connaughton is VP of Finance for the Clinical Enterprise at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He is responsible for all financial functions within the UTMB Health System, including hospitals, clinics, and correctional managed care. This includes oversight of hospital and clinics decision support, admitting and registration, inpatient coding, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, patient financial services, and the employee administrative services team.

January 28th, 2010 - When Woodward Academy of Atlanta, Georgia, wanted to implement a useful, innovative benefit for its employees, they turned to Medicine At Work™ from NuPhysicia. The noted private school, founded as the Georgia Military Academy in 1900, sought to continue its history of service to its students and its faculty and staff. "We expect that Medicine at Work will offer us tremendous benefits in terms of productivity," said Ski Saxby, director of human resources for Woodward.” About four patients visit the Woodward clinic each day. Most of the ailments have been upper respiratory infections, allergies, rashes and falls. In more serious cases, employees may be sent to the hospital or told to visit their primary care physician or a specialist.
